Shipping & Local Pickup

We Ship out orders every Tuesday & Thursday. You can expect your order to go out on one of the following days after you order is placed. However, if you need your order rushed feel free to reach out to us via email! *Sometimes orders are delayed when its close to our events in store.

LOCAL PICK UP IS FREE just select local pick up at check out. We will send a notification to the email or phone number that you provide at check out when the order is ready for pick up. Usually within 24 hours or less. If you need same day pick up please give us a call before placing the order to insure we have the items at the store and not in our warehouse.

Online Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: If you are unhappy with your purchase with us online, here is how to return the item(s):

Contact us within THREE DAYS of your package arriving letting us know the items you would like to return. We will then make sure your items are returnable. Wrap the item(s) up well that were approved for return & send them to our store address 2004 W Evangel St Ozark MO 65721. Send us a TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL within THREE DAYS of the conversation regarding the return.

Once we receive the items we will make sure there is no damage. If everything looks good we will issue STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items being returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This is for ONLINE orders only. Our in store policy is different.

What do I do about recieving damaged items?

If you received your order & an item(s) was damaged please do the following:

Contact us within THREE DAYS with photos of the packaging and broken items. Please send the photos to shoplittlebluebird@yahoo.com along with the name the items were purchased under and the order number.

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer Refunds in store on any items do the nature of our store. We do allow exchanges only on clothing items with these requirements:

- Has to be within 3 days of purchase

- Receipt MUST be present NO EXCEPTIONS

- Tags must be attached

- Clothing item must have no odors, damage & have not have been washed or ironed.

- Exchange has to be within the same vendor space the item being returned is from. Same vendor ID #.

Store hours

Our store hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Closed Sundays We are also closed on most major holidays and the day before our events. Please call the store or check our social media page for info on days we are closed!
